What is your Shipping Policy?
Lucky Gi Inc Ships to almost everywhere Worldwide Via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Express Mail. All orders ship from Huntington Beach California. The website will calculate estimated charges for all Domestic and International Orders on items placed in the Shopping Cart. The website calculates real time shipping charges directly from the selected carrier at the time you are placing your order. Lucky Gi does not add additional shipping charges to your order. Charges are based on weight, box dimensions and postal codes.

We aim to ship within 24 hours not including weekends and holidays but we ask that you please allow up to two business days for the processing and packaging of your order.

Please notify us when you are placing the order if you need your package by a certain date so that we are given the opportunity to do our best to accommodate your needs.

We not responsible for the carriers time in transit and cannot guarantee delivery dates estimated by the carrier. A shipping label may be created at the time your order is processed; the date the shipping label and the email notification you may receive may not necessarily be the date your order leaves our facility. You can always follow the progress of your package by visiting the UPS or USPS websites directly.

Shipping costs on international orders, including applicable taxes and duties, must be paid COD directly to the carrier by the customer upon arrival of the shipment. The online shopping cart will calculate shipping region if it is valid region we accept. If an international region is not listed during checkout, then we are unable ship to that region and no exceptions can be made.

In the unlikely event that your product does not arrive, or is damaged in transit, all claims must be made directly with the carrier. We will promptly complete our portions of any claim forms that may be necessary.

What is your return policy?
We accept any product back for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded for any reason. Lucky Gi Inc does not pay for return shipping.

What size fits me?
Unfortunately, every gi fits everyone differently. The fit of a BJJ gi depends on your body type. Please check out our full gi size chart here. You can see our full size chart here.

My gi ripped… what should I do?
If they do rip, please email us the following: a picture of the ripped gi, the size and model of your gi, where you want it shipped to, date of purchase, and tell us where you bought the gi.

Do you sell gis wholesale?
Yes, we do, but only to limited number of accounts. You can apply for an account here.

What gis do you have in stock?
The shopping cart shows the gi quantities that are currently available.

What is the warranty offered on your gis?
Our full warranty is explained here.

Does the warranty cover all Lucky Gi products.
No, the warranty only covers the gis. All other product have a 30-day return policy.

Do the gis shrink?
Yes, all gis shrink. Our cotton gis shrink more than our bamboo gis. Cotton shrinks 8% to 10% and Bamboo 3% to 5%.

What is your return policy?
We accept any product back for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded for any reason. Customer pays return shipping.

How to spot a fake gi on eBay.
Lucky Gi does not have any authorized vendors selling gis on eBay. You may find an individual selling a real Lucky Gi on eBay; this happens. However, we have no suppliers selling multiple new gis on eBay.  We do not warranty any gis (new or used) bought off eBay.
